Yoga Vidya TTC: nuovo corso di formazione insegnanti di Yoga in Sicilia e in India
|Il Teacher Training Course per insegnanti Yoga Vidya riparte dall’Italia!
Il corso di formazione nasce dalla visione del Maestro Himalayano Swami Ananda Saraswati ed è il frutto della collaborazione del gruppo internazionale Yoga Vidya, guidato da Vidya Vahini Trust, (India, Himalaya), con l’egida di Yoga Vidya ONLUS e Yoga Vidya Italia (Italia, Siracusa).
Il TTC è strutturato in 2 moduli, per un totale di 260 ore di approfondimento.
Il primo modulo, di 80 ore, si svolgerà in Italia.
Il secondo modulo, da 180 ore, avrà luogo in India, nella regione Himalayana di Uttarkashi.
Si svolge in lingua inglese, (con traduzione simultanea in italiano), oltre alle tecniche base di Yoga (asana, pranayama, meditazione e mantra), vengono impartiti i concetti base dell’Advaita Vedanta, degli Yoga Sastra , dell’astrologia Vedica e dell’ Ayurveda.
Il corso è tenuto da Swami Ananda Saraswati, Maestro di Yoga e Vedanta, con l’intervento di altri docenti indiani e italiani.
A CHI È RIVOLTO IL CORSO
La formazione è concepita per offrire la possibilità di approfondire la conoscenza della meravigliosa disciplina dello Yoga, per fare un’esperienza profonda di crescita interiore e per formare i partecipanti come insegnanti.
Il corso quindi è rivolto a tutti, in particolare a chi vuole approfondire le proprie conoscenze sullo Yoga, la filosofia e la cultura Vedica e desidera applicare queste conoscenze nell’ambito dell’insegnamento.
Sono ammessi anche principianti e chi non ha mai frequentato corsi di yoga.
Ciò che conta è la voglia di imparare.
Alla fine di ogni singolo modulo verrà sostenuto un esame.
In seguito al proficuo superamento del I° e II° modulo, gli allievi sono abilitati ad insegnare le asana e il pranayama base di Yoga Vidya.

The Yoga Vidya Teacher Training Course starts from Italy!
The training course originates from the vision of the Himalayan Master Swami Ananda Saraswati and it is the result of the cooperation of the international Yoga Vidya group, led by Vidya Vahini Trust, (India, Himalayas), with the patronage of Yoga Vidya ONLUS and Yoga Vidya Italia ( Italy, Syracuse).
The TTC is structured in 2 modules, for a total of 260 hours of deep study.
The first module, 80 hours, will take place in Italy.
The second module, of 180 hours, will take place in India, in the Himalayan region of Uttarkashi.
It is unfolded in totally 260 hours of teaching in English, (with simultaneous translation in Italian), in addition to the basic techniques of Yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra), it is provided the basic concepts of Advaita Vedanta, Yoga Sastra, Vedic astrology and Ayurveda.
The course is held by Swami Ananda Saraswati, Acharya of Yoga and Vedanta, with the help of other Indian and Italian teachers.
TO WHOM THE COURSE IS ADDRESSED
The training is designed to offer the opportunity to deepen the knowledge of the wonderful discipline of Yoga, to make a profound experience of inner growth and to train the participants to become yoga teachers. The course is addressed to all people who want to deepen their knowledge on Yoga, philosophy and Vedic culture and wish to apply this knowledge in teaching.
Beginners are also admitted and those who have never attended yoga classes.
What matters is the wish to learn.
Structure of the TTC Yoga Vidya 2019:
I module: 80 hours
– Syracuse, 15 -16 – 17 March 2019
(Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 25 hours)
– Syracuse, 22 – 23 – 24 March 2019
(Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 25 hours)
– Etna, 5 – 6 – 7 April 2019
Residential (30 hours)
In the first module the main foundations will be treated:
Traditional Scriptures – clarifying the basic concepts of the Self as a person, of Yoga and the basic techniques of how to teach.
Introduction to the Yoga Vidya method.
During the first module the lessons scheduled in the month of March will be held in the Yoga Vidya Italia center, in Siracusa, from 08:30 to 18:30.
It is planned n. 2 Yoga practice classes per day and 3/4 hours of frontal teaching.
In Italy the teachings will be unfolded by Himalayan Master Swami Ananda Saraswati.
Yoga practice will be directed by certified teachers on Yoga Vidya: Stefania Rossitto, Elio Panarello, Stefano Pipitone.
Details about the residential weekend on Mount Etna will be communicated directly to the course members.
Module II: 180 hours
The second module is a full residential immersion in the Himalayas, Uttarkashi, from 15th June to 16th July 2019.
In the Himalayas hosted by Yoga Vidya Gurukulam, the participants will be initiated to the study and teaching of Yoga according to the sacred texts of Tradition.
Classes during the residential course in India, will be held on a daily basis.
The Yoga Vidya method is scheduled at sunrise and sunset; n. 3/4 hours of daily conferences.
Every Friday, the participation in Deepa puja is scheduled.
Also in India teachings will be guided by Swami Ananda Saraswati, assisted by his team of experts in allopathic and ayurvedic medicine, astrology, cooking, traditional music, yoga practice.
Swami Ananda will personally assist each participant, with interviews and direct contact, the purpose is that of guiding the student in his own path of growth.
Those who are willing to be initiated, can ask for a personal mantra.
AREAS OF THE DIDACTIC PROGRAM IN DETAILS
Syllabus:
– The beneficial effects on the physical, mental and astral health of the main asanas and of ancient pranayama techniques will be examined in details;
– Yoga Vidya teaching method
– Notions of physiology and anatomy of the body
– Study of the real meaning of Karma Yoga according to the Bhagavad Gita, as an instrument of personal knowledge and evolution
– Knowledge and use of Mantra and Mudras
– Purification techniques (shat karma)
– Initiation to the sacred art of puja
– Vedic Meditation
– Bhajan
– Introduction to the Patanjali Yoga Sutras
– Study of the ancient text of Tattwa Bodha (Vedanta)
– Introduction to Vedic Astrology, how it interacts with the Laws of Karma
– Introduction to the principles of Ayurveda; rebalance prana using knowledge of the gunas
– Knowledge of the yogic diet, relationships between food and subtle bodies
At the end of each single module, students will sit for exams.
After sitting for both exams, the students are qualified to teach the asanas and the basic pranayama of Yoga Vidya.
