|“Prana Vidya training course” è un corso residenziale in India di 13 giorni, in cui si apprenderanno le tecniche di pranayama di base insegnate da Swami Ananda Saraswati, che ci guiderà fino all’iniziazione del primo “Visvamitra Kriya” . Swami Ananda Saraswati (Maestro himalayano di Yoga e Vedanta) sarà coadiuvato da altri docenti, presso l’ ashram Yoga Vidya Gurukulam, luogo dedicato esclusivamente agli insegnamenti sito in Uttarkashi (India), nell’affascinante e magica cornice dell’Himalaya, proprio sulle rive del Gange.
Attraverso l’apprendimento e l’applicazione del pranayama, l’allievo imparerà a gestire il proprio prana, (energia vitale), potenziandolo ed espandendolo. I benefici che si traggono, lavorando attraverso il respiro e il proprio prana, sono enormi e producono un miglioramento radicale del proprio benessere. Riduzione dello stress, incremento della forza e della vitalità, stabilità mentale, chiarezza di pensiero, sono solo alcuni degli effetti benefici delle pratiche che verranno trattate nel corso. Si può anche andare oltre, perché nel processo diverrà più facile gestire il proprio mondo interiore ed esteriore.

Durante il soggiorno ci sarà la possibilità di visitare le sacre città di Rishikesh , Haridwar e anche Gangotri che, situata a 3.500 m, rappresenta uno dei luoghi più famosi di tutta la cultura indiana, essendo una delle quattro tappe del famoso pellegrinaggio del Char Dam.- ovvero l’origine sottile del Gange.
Una breve nota sul Maestro
Swami Ananda Saraswati, , insegnante di Yoga e Vedanta, ha trascorso diverso tempo sulle montagne dell’Himalaya in completa ascesi spirituale. È diventato un Acharya, erudito in Sanscrito e negli Shastra (sacre scritture), avendo studiato sotto la guida esperta del Maestro Swami Dayananda Saraswati (definito il “maestro dei maestri”), ha insegnato, tra gli altri, anche al Primo Ministro Narendra Modi; gli italiani lo ricordano per essere stato lo “Swami” dal quale ha studiato Tiziano Terzani, (ne parla nel libro “Un altro giro di giostra“). Swami Ananda ha fondato diversi centri di Yoga e Ashram in India e in Europa, pubblicando oltre 30 libri in Sanscrito, Inglese, Italiano e Rumeno.
Inoltre ha fondato, tra gli altri, lo Yoga Vidya Ashram a Chennai, Visvamitra Ashram a Bhubaneswar e lo Yoga Vidya Gurukulam a Uttarkashi, nel cuore dell’Himalaya.

“Prana Vidya training course”
It is a residential course in India of 13 days, in which we will learn the basic pranayama techniques taught by Swami Ananda Saraswati, who will guide us to the initiation of the first “Visvamitra Kriya”. Swami Ananda Saraswati (Himalayan Master of Yoga and Vedanta) will be assisted by other teachers at the ashram Yoga Vidya Gurukulam, a place dedicated exclusively to the teachings located in Uttarkashi (India), in the fascinating and magical setting of the Himalaya, right on the banks of the Ganges.
Through learning pranayama, the student will learn to manage his/her own prana (vital energy), strengthening and expanding it. The benefits of working through the breath and one’s own prana are enormous and produce a radical improvement in one’s well-being. Stress reduction, increased strength and vitality, mental stability, clarity of thought, are just some of the beneficial effects of the practices that will be covered in the course. You can even go further, because in the process it will become easier to manage your inner and outer world.
The teachings are conducted in English, with simultaneous translation into Italian.
In the package are included: training course in pranayama and Visvamitra Kriya , full board treatment, vegetarian meals, accommodation is in double room, with bathroom. Transfer from and to the airport of Deradhun included.

During the stay there will be the possibility to visit the sacred cities of Rishikesh, Haridwar and also Gangotri which, located at 3,500 m, represents one of the most famous places of all Indian culture, being one of the four stages of the famous pilgrimage of Char Dam.- or the subtle origin of the Ganges.
A brief note on the Master
Swami Ananda Saraswati, , a teacher of Yoga and Vedanta, spent some time in the Himalayan mountains in complete spiritual asceticism. He became an Acharya, erudite in Sanskrit and Shastra (sacred scriptures), having studied under the expert guidance of Master Swami Dayananda Saraswati (called the “master of masters”), has taught, among others, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Italians remember him for being the “Swami” from whom he studied Tiziano Terzani, (he speaks in the book “Un altro giro di giostra”). Swami Ananda has founded several Yoga centers and Ashrams in India and Europe, publishing over 30 books in Sanskrit, English, Italian and Romanian.
He also founded, among others, the Yoga Vidya Ashram in Chennai, Visvamitra Ashram in Bhubaneswar and the Yoga Vidya Gurukulam in Uttarkashi, in the heart of the Himalayas.
